Adding Agent in Operator Mobile


For Installing CableBaba Application please Add the agent details in operator mobile.

  • To Add the Agent details.
  • Go to Agent Section.
  • Click on Add.
  • Enter Agent Name, Phone Number, Address.
    • If All the boxes should be visible for Agent, and if he needs all the permission, then click on Admin.
    • If Agent is allowed to add/update box/customer details, click on Full Control.
    • If Agent is not allowed to add box and update customer details, don't select anything.
  • Click on Add.

After Updating Agents Details to Server, Agent can be install the app in their mobile.


Installing CableBaba Application for Agents   

 

        1. To Install CableBaba Application Open PlayStore and type "CableBaba" without any space or Click Here.


                                                       


    2. Install the app and allow any permissions if asked.

    3. Choose the Language.

    4. Click on Agent.

    5. Enter Organization/Network Phone Number, and enter Agent Phone Number.


                          


    6. After Entering details Click on Submit.

  • If Unable to connect to internet message is displayed, Check your Internet Connectivity.
  • Wait for OTP (One Time Password), OTP will be sent to Organization Phone Number.
  • If OTP is not received within 3 minutes, Click on Resend OTP.
  • Enter the OTP Correctly.
  • If entered OTP is wrong, Wrong OTP message will be displayed.

    7. After Verifying OTP, Login Screen will be Visible.

    8. Login with Default password 123456.
